Mindful movements, stretching along with awareness of the breath at all times allows one to relax and be present in the Now. A great tool to relieve stress, anxiety and feel connected to the body and inner well being. Also includes special breathwork meditation exercises to drop chronic thinking easily.
Nikhil is a certified Yoga teacher (Sivananda 200 RYS, Madhurai, India). He has been conducting Yoga & Meditation sessions (including hatha yoga, laughter yoga, music meditations, chanting, and pranayama) in Europe, Thailand, Russia and India for the past 5 years. He also assists Om Shankar Yogi in the 200 RYS Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Programs (Bhagsu Yoga Institute).
