Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or just Tapping is a revolutionary method that offers healing from physical and emotional pain. 
EFT combines ancient Chinese acupressure with modern psychology, can reduce cortisol levels in the body and counteract the negative impact of stress by sending a calming signal to the amygdala (the part of our brain responsible for our fight or flight response).   
EFT has personally helped me to come out of childhood sexual abuse, release anxiety, embrace my gifts and invite abundance into my life.

Prema is an Engineer by education but following her inner calling did courses on Arts Based Therapy and Indian Psychology in India. Also learned therapies such as Emotional Freedom Technique and Rebirthing Breathwork from the US. She also loves Inner Child work.
