Hormonal yoga for women
For those who don’t know about Hormonal yoga, it is a natural treatment, combining postures, movements and breathing techniques from different yoga, which reactivates hormone production in a natural way and eliminates most symptoms of hormone problems (menopause and other problems). As it increases estradiol level, it also helps in the prevention of cardio-vascular deseases and osteoporose.
With energetic exercises of dynamic yoga, specific pranayamas and Tibetan energy techniques, Hormonal Yoga Therapy acts directly on the hypophysis, thyroid, ovaries and adrenal glands.
All are welcome (young and ever young women).
2 week classes to practice Hormonal yoga for women 3 days a week. Monday 9th to Friday 20th of December 2019
