In this workshop we will work on releasing fear and building trust in ourselves. 
We will practice some specific Kryas that works on the mental well-being and also for some organs related with fear, anger and anxiety which are liver, kidneys and spleen. 
Embracing Pranayama can enable you to overcome your fears and take you to new heights.
