We feel blessed to invite you for a collective learning journey of Bhagavad Gita through weekly sessions on every Friday starting from September 17, 2021.
Study Circle on Sri Aurobindo's Essays on the Gita (In English)

“Sri Aurobindo considers the message of the Gita to be the basis of the great spiritual movement which has led and will lead humanity more and more to its liberation, that is to say, to its escape from falsehood and ignorance, towards the truth. From the time of its first appearance, the Gita has had an immense spiritual action; but with the new interpretation that Sri Aurobindo has given to it, its influence has increased considerably and has become decisive."
- The Mother
(CWTM, Vol. 10, On Thoughts and Aphorisms, p.88)

"Our object in studying the Gita will not be a scholastic or academical scrutiny of its thought, nor to place its philosophy in the history of metaphysical speculation, nor shall we deal with it in the manner of the analytical dialectician. We approach it for help and light and our aim must be to distinguish its essential and living message, that in it on which humanity has to seize for its perfection and its highest spiritual welfare."
- Sri Aurobindo
(Closing paragraph of Chapter 1 in the book: Essays on the Gita)

With the intention of receiving this 'living message' and growing collectively as willing servitors of the Divine Consciousness, we'd like to come together for a study circle on 'Essays on the Gita' by Sri Aurobindo.

Time: 4 pm to 5 pm
