Meditation and stress management workshop : On Saturdays & Sundays,
11 & 12 June /  18-19 June 2022
This workshop is conducted By our Yoga Teacher, certified Christine Pauchard & Mradul Jain, our specialist in stress management & corporate workshop

This workshop is design to relax your Brain and your sympathetic and para-sympathetic system, to teach you meditation and some techniques of stress management to strengthen and relax your body, and discover your way to cope  with daily  and grow your happiness and hidden potential

program: Saturday 
        * yoga/ pranayam class from  8:00 to 9:30 am 
        9:30 to 10:30 : break for breakfast 
  • 10:45 to 12:30:   Special Sessions of Scientific Meditation
  •  2:30 to 3:15 Pm Meditation,
  • 3:30 to 4:30 PM Techniques of stress management 
     
    : Sunday 
            * yoga/ pranayam class from  8:00 to 9:30 am 
            9:30 to 10:30 : break for breakfast 
    • 10:30 to 12:30:  Meditation &  Techniques of stress management
