“Pranayama removes the veil covering the light of knowledge and heralds the dawn of Wisdom” Patanjali Yoga Sutras II.52 
Apart from being an antidote to stress, Yogic breathing boosts lung capacity, lung efficiency, immunity and wellbeing. Pranayama promotes equanimity, inner-peace and focus of the mind. Recommended in Yoga to prepare the mind for meditative practices.  
Session # 1       : Yogic breathing 
Session # 2       : Pranayama with internal air retention ( Anthar Kumbhaka) 
Session # 3       : Pranayama with external air retention ( Bahya Kumbhaka) 
Session # 4       : Integrated practice of pranayama with Kumbhaka 
Please join this webinar only if 
1.    You have practiced yoga and/or Pranayama for 3 months or more (not for novices) 
2.    You are committed to attend all the four sessions and to practice

On the days of the webinar, please avoid eating after 2PM and avoid drinking anything after 5:30 PM. If you can sit on the ground, please use a (Yoga) mat and cushion. Otherwise, you can sit on a chair (or anything else) that allows you to keep your back straight.
