Right from the day of our birth, we are aging every day. Age is the biggest risk factor for diseases like Alzheimer’s, dementia, heart attack, stroke, diabetes etc.  If one disease is ‘managed’, another pops up soon because the root cause is aging. We know some people who are healthier compared to others of the same age group. We also know some people who are less healthy in their age group. While some are aging slowly, some others appear to be aging rapidly. Is that by chance or is it possible to retard the physical and mental aging processes to enhance ‘Health Span’? In this talk, we explore ways and means of aging well with a fusion of Yoga and modern science.
