‘The Last Rhododendron’ narrates the journey of a conflict where one generation is connected to the possibilities of the city, and the other is tethered to the survival of their land.

Yashasvi Juyal is a documentary filmmaker. While studying in college, he made his first documentary called A Wise Crab. A story about a young spot boy working in Bollywood with dreams, hopes and aspirations of becoming a top filmmaker one day. The movie was mentioned in the special jury section at MAMI film festival in Mumbai which earned him huge praises from all around and motivated him to work on more ambitious projects. His next documentary, Armaan, is a story about two different aspiring musicians who want to make it big. This movie was shot on a budget of just 2500.
