Upon arrival we will have juice and a green superfood smoothie.
Then we will explore the wide diversity of edible plants that grow around us and harvest fruits, flowers and herbs to make a variety of Raw Vegan Ice Creams & Herbal Tea.
There will also be a selection of dehydrated produce from the permaculture garden to try.
